The Upward Agency LLC ("The Upward Agency," "we," "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information submitted through our website.
Talent applications: name, contact information, date of birth, location, measurements, photographs, availability, experience and other details you choose to provide.
Business inquiries: name, company, contact information, project details and timeline.
Photos submitted through our website go to our site's backend. Our team then downloads them and adds them to Syngency, a talent agency platform, where talent profiles are kept. Many applicants email us instead, and we create their Syngency account so they can upload their own photos. We do not intentionally keep minors' photos outside Syngency.
We represent adult and minor talent. All applications for anyone under 18 must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian, who authorizes us to collect, review, store and use the minor's information and photographs for representation and casting. Parents and guardians may ask to review, update or delete their child's information.
We use your information to evaluate applications, manage talent profiles, communicate with applicants and clients, identify casting opportunities, coordinate bookings and run the agency. We do not sell personal information.
We may share relevant talent information, photographs and professional details with prospective clients, brands, casting professionals and production companies for legitimate representation and booking purposes.
We also share information with trusted service providers that support our work, including Syngency and the services that run our website.
We do not publicly disclose minors' contact information or dates of birth through our website. Public display of photos is handled separately and is subject to permissions.
We keep personal information as long as reasonably necessary for representation, application review, business operations and legal or contractual needs. To request access, correction or deletion, email bookings@theupwardagency.com. We will honor requests, subject to what we are legally or contractually required or permitted to keep.
We take reasonable measures to protect personal information, but no website or storage system is completely secure.
Our website may collect basic technical information through our hosting platform to help us understand site performance.
